Alina graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and has multiple years of experience in admin-related and client-facing roles. 

As the Client Engagement Manager, Alina manages client-facing and non-client-facing tasks. More importantly, she assists with finding the best fit for both the client and clinician through matching prospective clients to the clinician who aligns best with their needs and specialties. An important aspect of the Client Engagement Manager is ensuring the client is heard and creating a smooth flow from initial contact to continuous therapeutic support on their wellness journey, including those needing help with outside referrals. 

Seeking out help and recognizing that it is okay not to be okay, Alina assures clients that the clinicians will meet them wherever they are on their healing journey with no judgment. Being a mental health advocate and a proponent for therapy, she understands the importance of the vulnerability that comes with the initial contact when someone reaches out requesting an appointment.

The client and Client Engagement Manager relationship does not end after being scheduled – Alina provides continual administrative support to current clients so that the clinicians can focus on the healing!
